Sweet and Spicy Slaw

1/2 cup apple cider or white wine vinegar

6 TBSP. peach, pear, or other fruit juice

1/4 cup olive oil

2 TBSP. vinegar based hot sauce

1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

salt, pepper, and cayenne to taste

1 head of cabbage, thinly sliced

1/4 cup chopped herbs (cilantro, parsley, mint, or dill!)

1. Whisk vinegar, fruit juice, olive oil, hot sauce, pepper flakes, salt, and cayenne in a medium mixing bowl.
2. Toss with cabbage and herbs of your choice.
3. Allow to marinate in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
4. Serve cold
