The stone soup folktale has many variations, but the essence of the story is the power of community and human connection.

Our CSA members each pitch in a small share of the cost of that year’s farming, and then receive a share of the harvest. Coming together makes previously impossible things possible, and it also makes things a lot more fun!

We’re a small family farm with a summer crew of 3-5 people. Our greenhouse, barn, and pick-your-own garden is on Rocky Hill Road in Hadley, but most of our farmland is about a mile away, nestled between the Porter-Phelps-Huntington Historic House Museum and the beautiful Connecticut River. We’ve been farming the same land for over 10 years and love being in western MA!
